Room Attendant
1. Cleaning of the guest rooms to standard as assigned.
2. Performing very physical labor.
3. Answering guest requests.
4. Providing excellent customer service as per the standards of the Hotel.
5. Courteously and promptly responds to guest room requests.
6. Investigates all guest inquiries in a timely fashion to provide the highest possible service.
7. Moves heavy objects as requested.
8. Performs side duties as required.
9. Works closely with other departments to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
10. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment at all times.
11. Understands the emergency procedures for the entire Hotel.
12. Answering guest requests when necessary .
