A beverage company is looking for a operations manager to develop new coffee shop brand in Dubai.
As operations manager you will be responsible for implementing new coffee shop brand to the local market with one location approved. Including all aspects of work of the shop and then multiple outlets. In perspective of 5 years the chain should successfully operate up to 10 outlets in Dubai.
Successful candidate should have a minimum 5-7 years experience with coffee shop major brands, deep knowledge of coffee beans and roasting process. To be an expert in coffee shop day to day routine activities. To be able lead whole project and develop it into bigger scale along with barista skills and presenting different types of coffee brewing . Personal entrepreneurship experience is a big plus.
Salary up to 10000 AED plus commissions + partnership option.
