Job description:
In this role you will be tasked with generating worldwide up- and cross sales for our client and to assist in handling inbound inquiries. You will be in contact with travel agents, general public, hotel personnel and sales centers that inquire about hotel reservations and booking possibilities. You will have to maintain a good level of sales conversion and maintain good control of conversations in order to manage difficult customers in a diplomatic manner.
