Job Description

• Daily operations
• Ensure cleaning and resetting of tables throughout the service period
• Maintain orderly appearance of side stations throughout the service period
• Perform glass and chinaware polishing
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift (restaurant cleaning and set up, station refill, etc.)
• Assist CDRs in completing daily opening and closing duties
• Effectively communicate with kitchen and service staff and provide functional assistance
• Ensure limited crockery damage and report any breakages to the Shift Leader/Supervisor
• Ensure that the dining area meets hygiene standards at all times (including floor, chairs, tables, etc.)
• Carry food supplies, utensils and equipment to and from storage and work areas
• Keep management promptly informed of any Front of House maintenance or service issues; redirect guest complaints when necessary
