1. JOB SUMMARY
This person will be assisting senior & junior technicians with all maintenance related issues.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.2 Mainly should assist to senior / junior technicians all kinds of maintenance task like Painting, A/C, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry & Mason etc…
2.3 Assist maintenance technicians in installing, maintaining and repairing A/C equipment, diffusers & filters clean and support lifting and shifting window A/C and equipment’s.
2.4 Learn to handle tools, supplies and materials to other workers.
2.5 Preparing the work area and cleaning the work area and protect equipment.
2.6 Learn to use maintenance tools like hammers, Grinder, Spanner, Tester and screw drivers.
2.7 Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
2.8 Require to perform simple tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or fixing leaky faucets etc…
2.9 Check the common areas and wash room’s lights and water leaks to be fixed and coordinate with concerned persons
2.10 Follow operating instructions of A/C, Electrical and plumbing works
2.11 After completion of task all tools to be clean and make ready for the next task.
2.12 Daily report required end of the day.
2.13 Performs other job related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
