The job role for Corporate Executive Chef will be to lead our Central Production Kitchen, 15 outlets, catering activities, corporate supplies, and F&B consultancy services.
Our Central Production Kitchen is a new 4400sqm facility with the latest and state of the art equipment for pastry section, bakery section, cold kitchen, hot kitchen, butchery section,etc. with manpower of 160 Chefs, Quality Controllers, and Stewards.
