Vice President, Digital Acquisition Marketing

Location: San Dimas, CA or West Los Angeles, CA

Charters of Accountability:

What roles does the VP play for the agency? The VP of Digital Acquisition Marketing is responsible for the overall digital acquisition marketing strategies leveraged by the agency to drive client outcomes. You will take the role of chief strategist, client services ambassador, steward of delivery and lead of product development while being a visible and highly participatory member of the community we operate and serve.

Chief Agency Strategist:
Works directly with the Search, Display, Email, Mobile and Social teams to ensure agency is developing, integrating and executing high performance strategies and tactics that meet and exceed client acquisition goals.
Drive POVs to aide in R/D and marketing communications strategies
Industry Participations working with the direct marketing, online marketing and AD Tech communities to evangelize POVs and Brand. This includes but is not limited to board participation, speaking engagements, and publishing.
Collaborate with Client Centric Strategy teams on specific opportunities for growth and innovation, matching business requirements with media and technology capabilities/opportunities.
Drive business requirements for new technologys both proprietary and best in class and oversee the operations management team in the integration of best in class and proprietary tools
Operational Excellence:
Work with SMEs, Agency Delivery team, Finance/Planning and Client Strategy to ensure agency is delivering speed, quality, consistency and profitable outcomes for both the agency and client.
Provide direct management of SMEs and Client Strategy leads.
Collaborate with Director of Agency Planning and Finance on financial measurements and required process improvements to meet and exceed expectations.
Oversee the strategic partnerships (technology, publishers, expertise) that enable profitable delivery.
Product Development and Product Innovation:
Works with the Executive VP, President, CTO, SMEs and Client Strategy leads to ensure continuous product evolution to meet the needs of the marketplace and take advantage of emerging opportunities around data, technology, and audience targeting.
Does our current product offering provide the company a competitive advantage in the market place? Who is in the consideration set, and why does our offering provide a competitive advantage. Do the products deliver strong contribution to the agency; do they support other products within the agency? What is the people, process and technology required to deliver on the promise of the product, can it be evolved to provide greater competitive advantage or greater margin to the agency? Do we need to add new products including advertising or services to serve the current target market or possible a new target market?

In collaboration with Client strategy leads; continuously optimize the process and strategies around our client engagement strategies. Optimize deliverables and communication mapping
