Job Description

Buildingdoctor.ae is a company providing sales, services and training in non-destructive testing and non-destructive testing equipment. We provide equipment to Africa, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent and we are looking for a secretary/administrator to support our growth.

Job description:
- Keeping track of the email and phone and responding to customers;
- Arranging all logistics around outgoing shipments;
- Arranging meetings and training sessions and all the requirements related to these events;
- Seeking new sales opportunities and following up on existing opportunities;
- Developing the company procedures, market plan, etc.

Required qualifications:
- Perfect English, both written and spoken;
- Bachelor degree or higher in any sales/marketing related study;
- General Microsoft Office skills;
- Loyal and good work-ethic;
- Capable of working under European management.

Preferred additional qualifications:
- Speaking Hindi or similar major Indian language;
- Good sense of humor;
- Good social skills;
- Taking initiative;
- 5 years experience;
- Female;
- Some technical insight
