Position:- Applicator Trainer.
Location: - India - Mumbai / Bangalore/ Delhi.
Product Line: - RMX division.
Qualification: - Desired/ Preferable : Diploma in Civil / graduate
Relevant Experience required:- 2-5 years on site Engineer experience
Safety
? Aware of all safety norms
? Should be able to train the applicators to follow safe working procedure for application of spray plaster / mechanized plaster.
? To show Visible leadership on the issues related to safety.
Training
? Correct steps and processes to be followed for spray plaster including but not limited to
o Morpla pump operation
o Planning and scheduling of morpla plastering work
o Site preparation and readiness
o Application of first coat, second coat etc.
o Finishing of the plaster using mechanized tools
o Finishing of grooves, corners, elevations etc.
? Stepwise process to be followed for ensuring required speed of execution
? How to address common problems
? Completion of rectifications

Train the Applicators on
