Responsible for complex technical and analytical duties related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications, programs, and systems related to ERP
- Identify requirements for improvements to existing applications by determining users information requirements and system performance and functional requirements
- Reviewing and developing applications with development teams; entity-relationship models are used with ERP
- Providing support and guidance to Regional Teams to implement different projects
- Overseeing new developments as per user requirements
- Leading teams on different projects
- Providing support to Supply Chain, HR and Finance Departments
- Gather MIS requirements from users & develop reports and universe with Business Objects Reporting Tool.
