Desktop Support - Temp

Position Summary

TeleTech is looking to hire dynamic individuals to temp with the IT support team here in our corporate office located in Englewood, CO. This opportunity is a great position for an individual who is interested in the technical field and desires to learn more about local area network infrastructure with primary focus on desktop workstation deployment, moves, adds, changes, software distribution, support and general troubleshooting.

Our IT Support Technician Duties & Responsibilities will include:

Aids in the deployment of computer workstations or notebooks, completes moves and setup of computer peripherals.
Partners with Desktop managers to plan, schedule, and execute such deployments of computer systems.
Work to image computer systems in a timely manner.
Help unload pallets with PC or monitors and move to another location for cleanup and configuration.
Basic software installs and troubleshooting
Ship PCs and systems to new employees.
Trouble tickets and work orders as assigned.
Performs other related duties within a timely manner as assigned.

Job Specifications:

Pursuing minimum of a 2 year associate or technical degree in CIS or an equivalent combination of education required
Must to able to install, configure and troubleshot the following operating systems Windows 2007 and Windows XP or be willing to learn.
PC hardware and Microsoft software applications knowledge required.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment that is consistently evolving.
High attention to detail in planning, reporting and execution of assigned work
