The Role
Report and communicate project progress regularly to relevant personnel and provide management reports where necessary. Ensure that project knowledge is passed onto relevant support personnel at the appropriate time.
The Person
Escalate, communicate and take prompt remedial actions when there is slippage against the plan of project activity.
