Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via the live chat program.
2. Maintain up to date, comprehensive, product, services, and product knowledge.
3. Profiling and probing end-user customer for possible sales opportunities.
4. Required to maintain minimum level of performance in these areas: Typing 30 wpm with 80% accuracy.
