Excellent opportunity for a dynamic and creative Exec Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of this famous hotel! We are seeking a candidate with international experience in 5* luxury hotel brands and who has a Michelin star background. The Executive Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in producing and maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation required by the hotel and assist with leading & inspiring a large brigade of multi-cultural chefs.
