Executive Chef Jeddah Very Competitive Rates
An exciting opportunity to work as an Executive Chef in one of the finest hotels in Jeddah. This hotel is part of a recognised worldwide hotel chain and is by far one of their best hotels on offer. As an Executive chef you will be able to manage, train and motivate the kitchen brigade.
Responsibilities
You will have creativity and flair to be able to manage the kitchen brigade to produce high quality meals using only the finest of ingredients.
You are able to direct and guide your team of chefs in providing a consistently high quality of food, as per international standards.
You will ensure that guest satisfaction is delivered to guests at all times.
You can develop and identify new products and equipment, to improve the production of the kitchen.
You have the ability to develop and define quality standards of food preparation and presentation in the kitchen.
Experience Required -
The executive chef will have previous experience within the hotel industry as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef
A minimum of 5 years working experience
Banqueting experience of up to 3000 covers is essential
Strong communication skills
