Personal Assistant to Executive Staff

Job Description

* This is a demanding position that will require attention to detail, expert organizational skills and the ability to handle many tasks at once
* Processing, management and document controls of all legal, real estate, financial, passport, visa and any other important documents on behalf of all Executive staff
* Organize all travel itineraries and related bookings
* Manage Executive staff daily diaries to make and ensure appointments are met and any transportation if needed is arranged
* Read, monitor, respond and prepare correspondence on behalf of the Executive staff in all forms of communication
* Ensure Executive staff offices are clean and any office-related supplies are in order at all times (including stationary, food supplies and any other materials deemed necessary)
* Perform errands in/around Dubai with potential travel to other emirates, including government, financial, legal and other institution visits and activities
* Any other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
* A female Indian (Hindi)
* A bachelor degree
* At least 2 years experience working as a Personal Assistant
* Desirable to work hard and outside of normal operating hours-does not leave tasks unfinished
* Professional looking and dresses appropriately at all times
* Extremely organized and thorough both in paper filing and electronic filing
