Job description:

6. Candidate should be fluent in any of these Regional Languages Hindi, Tamil, & Talugu.
7. NO Night shifts.
8. 8 Hrs working
9. Handle inbound / outbound customer service calls / Mails.
10. Ability to provide effective service and achieve customer satisfaction.
Eligible candidates:
1. Graduates/Under Graduate: Experienced / Fresher’s.
2. Undergraduates: min 6 months international/Domestic BPO experience.
3. Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
