Establish annual and quarterly sales objectives and quotas (forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region and territory, projecting expected sales volumes for existing and new products and services).
Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales team while maintaining focus on the Company?s strategic goals.
Direct Management of large accounts i.e. MNO?s, etc. must become the customer advocate.
Identify and search for new prospects and business opportunities.
Product and services offering is technical in nature, demanding a combination of technical and solution sales experience and/or Business Process Management Services Sales experience.
Knowledge of the media industry and media services (i.e. iTunes/Netflix servicing, metadata management, international servicing).
Selling of Broadcast Services (i.e. playout, automation)
Multinational Organisations/Production Company/Broadcaster/ Studio/Advertiser client relationships
Management of Revenue through disciplined analytics that predict consumer behaviour at the micro-market level and optimise product availability and price to maximise revenue growth.
Understanding customers? perception of product value and accurately aligning product prices, placement and availability with each customer segment.
