Experienced Manager required for new QSR (fast food) restaurant serving a tasty selection of street food in a welcoming and modern environment.

Main Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all areas and operations of the restaurant
Train all staff to be warm, friendly and customer focused
Manage customer complaints with a view to retaining each customer
Ensure employees adhere to company policies and standards in all areas including food hygiene, timeliness, uniform and attitude to customers
Organize and supervise the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff
Analyse restaurant sales levels and profitability
Prepare daily and weekly reports including staff control, food control and sales
Oversee system transactions, control the voiding system, cashing procedure, system reconciliation and daily banking procedure
Maintain optimum stock levels to ensure maximum fulfillment of customer demands and minimum wastage
Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws
Maintain professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, uniforms, staff attitudes and appearance
Experience:
You will have previous restaurant management experience with a minimum of 3 years in the UAE, ideally from fast food restaurant
Strong knowledge of UAE culture and laws
High energy with the ability to solve problems and work under pressure
Customer care and People Management
Good verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and great at motivating staff
