An International brand is seeking an Arabic Head Chef for a new Lebanese F&B concept opening in Dubai soon.
- Responsible for the entire kitchen operations as per the brand standards
- Ensure all the orders in the kitchen are prepared on a timely manner
- Check daily storage areas and keep orders to par or according to the volume of the business
- Ensure all employee report for duty punctually, wearing the appropriate uniform all the time
- Organize and set up the kitchen as efficiently as possible ton increase speed and productivity
- Monitor daily work assigned to employees ensuring guidelines are followed and take corrective measures immediately
