Our Client, CFMS looking for a building commissioning consultant and they require that he/she be a Canadian with 5 years experience from Toronto, Canada.The reason why is that building commissioning is a new field in Dubai and the middle east and they plan to interview the candidates at their partnering parent company in Toronto before signing their contract.
This division of CFMS provides a complete range of commissioning services to verify that the building mechanical and electrical systems installed meet the project design intent. These services include:
- Document the building systems design intent.
- Prepare the contractors commissioning specifications
Prepare the commissioning plan identifying contractor responsibilities.
- Witness contractors tests and equipment start-up procedures.
- Perform system performance tests.
- Co-ordinate contractor and manufacturer training.
- Provide systems operation training.
- Prepare Systems Operation Manual.
