Job Description

Achieve the stated sales targets in line with the required gross profit margin.
Supervision of local distributors and develop key accounts. Prepare proposals for new distributor appointments.
Determine strategy & Prepare business plan on quarterly basis to develop the key accounts in conjunction with Director.
Daily reporting to overseas Sales Director in UK and ensure that your daily activity in line with company policy.
Registering eurotech with corporate accounts and Govt. sector as foreign supplier and local supplier.
Ensure customer service levels are maintained at each stage of the sales process.
Calling to assigned area to develop old clients and recruit new clients for business growth and development
Propose improvements in operational procedures.
Accountability of meeting monthly sales targets and to develop qualified sales leads into successful trading accounts.
Prepare visit schedules prior to visit with detailed objectives subject to budget and subsequent visit reports.
Prepare weekly & monthly sales forecast and business strategy to achieve Sales Targets.
Generating new inquiry, Quotation preparation, follow up of quotations, processing incoming orders via e-mail or fax, follow up of deliveries.
Liaison with Manager to organize Marketing events in the area and organize promotional mail shots.
Ensuring compliance with UAE legislation, export control imposed by US & EU & DMCC rules in all area of business.
Payment follow up & Payment collection and other payment related issues.
Delivery to the customer site if required sometimes and collect relevant papers.
Proactive sales by telemarketing and taking initiative to follow sales Leads, building and maintain customer database.
Organize joint sales call with your line manager and suppliers as required.
Participate in product training session and specializing in selective products
Prepare business planning sheet Area Wise and develop strategy to develop new accounts.
Liaison with Manager to carry out primly market research and business plan for new territory.
Bring Fresh and creative ideas to improve Sales.
Improve product knowledge & offer product in relevant market segmentation.
Reading technical magazine or subscription to get information about market trend, and competition.
Suggesting new brands to the company if you find out top selling brand in your Area.
