Job Description

Well known award winning franchised hotel group based in the city of London

our currently filling vacant positions

for there reception team and office based concierge service

( day time and night time vacancies available )

previous experience in a similar role and environment is essential as well as excellent communication skills , being fluent in any other European language is a additional advantage of becoming a successful candidate.

Receptionist duties are as followed

Communicating with and assisting guests and visitors face to face and over the telephone
Dealing with a variety of enquiries
Maintaining guests and hotel accounts
Taking and recording reservations
Communicating with all departments to ensure the highest levels of customer care
Concierge duties are as followed

Booking concert and theatre tickets
Recommending places to eat
Arranging airport pick-ups and other transport
Organising currency exchanges in the hotel
Supervising, baggage porters and doormen
