To monitor program on weekly basis and determine the critical path activities for work area and work discipline, prepare recovery plan for the deviations, if any, identify reported activities which have critical or potential impact on progress and prepare extension of time (EOT) if necessary and discuss with client/ consultant and agree on new completion date based on EOT, study time implementation on variation jobs and submit for approval.
