Process the preparation of shipping documents (Import/ Export), customs documentation and coordination of all Import or Export from overseas.
Perform customs clearance procedures
Provides assistance to clients with product selection
Communicate effectively by liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments.
Responsible for monitoring deliveries, Ensures that deliveries assigned correctly and delivered to the destinations and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
Must be able to efficiently solve problems relating to sales, finance and transportation of goods in the local market.
Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients and following verbal and written instructions.
