Job Description

Swiss company SANKOM is looking for Assistant to Manager for Dubai office.

Requirements:

-Excellent Written and Spoken English and preferably Russian
-Well-organized, Detail-Oriented (focused), Polite, Flexible, Efficient, knows how to work in a team
-Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Description:

-Processing of texts and help in writing of documents
-Doing professional communications with clients and third parties
-General assistance work (DHL mailings, invoice/shipping document preparations, etc)
-Carry out projects from start to finish
-Preparation and reviewing marketing/sales materials and administrative documents
-Preparations for meetings and events
-Sending product information and samples to customers
-Doing client sales visits with objective to get new sales or receive repeat orders
-Carry out product training seminars

Position: 50%-100% work time.
