Job Description

We are well known E-Learning Software company looking for a Customer Service Representative.
We are looking for an energetic, friendly and knowledgeable person to join our growing team.
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for processing Applications, answering phones,
research, updating spreadsheets and filing online System.

We are looking for someone who would be the right fit for our very cool team of employees.
This person should have high-energy, be well organized and have the ability to multitask and pay attention to details in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include (but not limited to):

-Answering phones
-Conducting phone/internet research
-Organizing filing system
-Give Demonstration of our software
-Answer queries from users

Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent listening, verbal, critical thinking, and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment
Ability to solve problems and learn quickly

Working hours :8 hours
Payment cycle:weekly
Compensation: $35 per hour
One Month Training would be provided.
