Job Description

- Accountable for sales targets assigned, meetings with new and existing clients, generating new business and exploring new opportunities and markets.
- MBA Fresher or MBA with prior experience in international business development for minimum 2 to 3 years.
- Responsible for new sales and account management and gathering new requirements from existing clients.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department
- Handle general sales inquiries, telephone calls, emails and ensure proper follow-up by respective Sales Managers in a timely manner
- Maintain and upkeep all sales database, sales kits, collateral, and all filing system which includes vital information of companies, contacts, profiles
- Carry out and conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys
- Plan, coordinate and prepare events/ activities and visits
- To prepare and send out sales proposals, confirmation contracts and agreements
- To conduct site inspections as and when necessary (Singapore & Hong Kong Office)
- Assist with related sales & marketing assignment that may be assigned from time to time
- Organized and managed operations and information reporting process with CEO, marketing, advertising and sales departments.
- Responsible for the development new business accounts in Singapore & Hong honk.
