- Masters or Higher degree in instructional or educational leadership.
- 3 Years full time teaching experience at the level assigned
- 3 or more years of educational administrative experience at the level assigned
- Knowledge of Management Information Systems
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken
- Native or near native English fluency (equivalent to IELTS 7.5 Academic)
