Job Description

• First point of pre- sales technical/ solution support contact for the sales within the region
• Convert sales inquiries into right technical solutions and present same to customer (reseller and or end user) and maintain healthy sales pipeline
• Provide support for AMC and Non-AMC clients.
• Establish value proposition in a multi-vendor environment
• Having clear understanding of SKU to create Bill of Material
• Deliver customised pre-sales technical presentation and product demonstrations to customers and channel partners
• Lead workshops and proof of concept at Customer premises (where applicable) to present right solution to customer (reseller and/or end user)
• Meet business goals and objectives by working in collaboration with hardware/software vendors to present it to customers.
• Educate and conduct in-house technical training for Elint Infotech partners (where applicable) of proposed products as per Elint Infotech business territories
• Keeping abreast with latest technology, supporting technologies and business trends in organizational focus areas.
• Responsible for co-ordination with the customer post implementation of the product.
