Roles & Responsibilities of Service Technicians:

1. To maintain their respective workbench neat & clean.
2. To maintain the customer units with care.
3. Achieving the set targets.
4. Quick & quality in repairing.
5. Diagnosis of the problem correctly.
6. Attending Customers / Dealers complaint within 24hrs lead time.
7. Reporting the exact consumption of spare parts in job sheets & in Monthly Reports with Part Location & all necessary details.
8. Defective Spare Parts return to stores.
9. Proper storage of Buffer spares parts.
10. To maintain Tools & equipments.
11. Prompt & efficient reporting.
