Job Summary:
Axium International is opening its flagship Middle East office in Dubai. They are giving you an opportunity to join their workforce as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate is responsible for building a base of new business, in this region, through the identification of qualified prospects within the assigned territory and the closure of new business. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will build a regional sales presence and formulate partnerships with other organizations.

Major/Key Activities:
Build business by prospecting, qualifying and closing sales within the Middle East North Africa territory (MENA).
Identify business opportunities and evaluate product sales options.
Assist in creation and revision of MENA business plan.
Participate in recruitment of other business development professionals.
Sell products by establishing contact with prospects and deploy organizational resources necessary to bring opportunities to close.
Collect, analyze, and summarize information from internal CRM system.
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Essential Skills, Knowledge &Competencies:
8-10+ years new business development sales experience within a financial or compliance software or services environment, or with an electronic content publisher.
Sales management experience.
Proven track record of sales and sales management success.
Results focused & pro-active
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent working knowledge of the sales cycle

Compensation:
Salary commensurate according to skills and experience plus incentive compensation plan and benefits package.
