- Manage the production revenue budgets ensuring that quality and cost efficiencies are met through best possible material usage and execution.
- Maintain a cost/revenue sheet highlighting the net profit of the production line item ensuring that costs are kept at minimal levels and revenue maximized.
- Identify suitable suppliers capable of implementing high quality of jobs using the most cost efficient and high quality material for each media asset/element.
- Ensure that digital media, light boxes and all other assets are well maintained and are operational at all times during the working hours.
- Oversee the production coordination and ensure the delivery of the same meeting deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain a price comparison sheet of different elements from different suppliers.
- Generate Proof of Play reports along with photographs of all executed campaigns and maintain an archive of the same.
- Manage the logistics and ensure the security and safety of the assets.
