Design new buildings, extensions or alterations to existing buildings or advising on the restoration and conservation of old properties
Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications
Lead in the project planning process and distribute the detailed project plan, budget, forecast and schedules to the relevant stakeholders
Plan and estimate budgets for projects
Prepare tender applications and presentations
Specify the nature and quality of materials required
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Salary 14,000 AED per month
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Monitor development progress to ensure it is running according to schedule.
