Job Description

The Special Assets function is critical to prudently managing the identified distressed accounts; and this role provides crucial support, via supporting credit administration, portfolio monitoring and reporting, for the efficient and effective management of the Special Assets portfolio. Key Result Areas: Credit Support Liaising with all operations Unit on documentation, security, MER, statements, transactions etc., performing middle office functions. Follow up on audited and management accounts, which will be required for financial analysis and credit proposal preparation. Maintain and record data that is used for assessing and structuring proposals and transactions. Administer the CPs and documentation, coordinate and contribute in the creation and renewal of CPs, HRCs, and any other relevant reporting mechanism.
