Our Client, Mad Science, is a Canadian Based international organization that was founded in 1993 and currently services children in 142 locations in 23 countries around world, including the UAE. Their mission is to spark the imagination and curiosity of children everywhere by providing them with fun, entertaining and educational activities that instill a clear understanding of what science is really about and how it affects the world around them. Mad Science offers in-class workshops, after school enrichment programs, summer camps, school assemblies, special events, corporate events, birthday parties, and a series of ScholasticT books for children 3 to 12 years old.

All Mad Science programs are developed by a team of professional educators, scientists, and entertainers to ensure that they are accurate, educational, and fun. Themes include rocketry, lasers, sound modulation, space, indoor fireworks, and over 70 more topics.

Mad Science is giving you the opportunity to join their team as an Assistant Marketing Coordinator.
Job Description:
To assist in contacting & administering all previously booked Special Events and Birthday Parties
Books entertainment programs (including parties, events, hands-on science booths) and Confirms all special events a minimum of two days in advance
Schedules Instructors to conduct parties and events
Handles and Assist in all Arabic correspondences ,
In a timely fashion to:
Contact, secure, & administer in coordination with Marketing Manager
- New schools for courses and promotional special events
- Corporate events for picnics and parties.
- Resorts/shopping Malls for Special Events during winter and summer.
- Day care centers/Preschools and nurseries for workshops and/or Special Events
- Scouts/parks for workshops and/or Special Events, summer camps etc...
Assist in Setting up and attending/performing personal sales meetings with decision makers and/or potential clients.
Assist in handling incoming calls regarding ASP's, in -class workshops, special events and parties.
Maintain proper and positive public relations with all contacts and clients.
Assist in creating attractive proposals for potential clients for all areas of business and Cross-sells all programs to existing and potential customers
Coordinates regular mass mailings, i.e.corporates, malls, schools, preschools, etc.
Demonstrates professionalism and commitment to excellence.
