What we are expecting from you:
• Market analytics
• Cold client search and contacting
• Daily telephone negotiations with clients / partners 
• Conducting business correspondence
• Development of partner / client base 
• Account management for existing and new clients
• Assistance to Chief Business Development Officer in finding leads, preparing analytics, taking care of paper routine
• Provide clients with information about our products
• Organize communication between Business Development and Sales teams and clients
• Draft presentation
• Provide market feedback
• Contact potential partners / clients after events

Skills and experience for the position:
- Experience as a sales manager or business development for >1 year;
- Knowledge of English obligatory (Upper-intermediate and higher) – other languages will be beneficial;
- High level of communication skills;
- Interest in sales;
- Strategic thinking;
- Analytical thinking;
- Understanding of payment and business optimization tools (preferably from similar background);
- Analytical skills (collect and analyse requirements, formalise them, administrative aspects);
- Experience with ticket and wiki systems (Kaiten, Confluence, Jira, Trello, Notion).
