**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent Engineer to join our team at our Dubai office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the technical operations of our fleet meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and performance. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee technical aspects of our tanker and/or chemical vessels and/or LPG vessels.
- Monitor vessel performance and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate and supervise dry-docking and repair projects.
- Utilize expertise with ME electronically controlled engines.
- Ensure compliance with ISM Code, TMSA Requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
- Travel as needed to support vessel operations.
- Utilize strong managerial and project management skills to lead and develop high-performance teams.
**Qualifications:**
- University Engineering Marine Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of previous office experience in a similar position.
- Sea-going experience as Chief Engineer or Senior Officer on tanker and/or chemical vessels and/or LPG vessels.
- Dry-docking and repairs experience.
- Newbuilding experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ME electronically controlled engines.
- Familiarity with ISM Code and TMSA Requirements.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is considered a plus.
- Exceptional technical skills.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Interpersonal skills to build consensus and high-performance teams.
