360 Vacation Homes is seeking to hire a Business Developer Executive (Homeowner Procurement Specialist) to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new homeowners to join our Holiday Home Management program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on identifying targets and delivering results. This position is based on a FIXED SALARY + COMMISSION incentive. ABOUT THE POSITION Your main responsibility will be on-boarding management properties for 360 Vacation Homes. You will manage your own leads to target and on-board properties; you will also collaborate with the holiday home and real estate team to achieve targets for adding new properties within specific timeframes. RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to leads promptly and professionally, recording and updating the management team. Process all management applications in line with the official standard operating procedures and maintain an accurate database of the same. Identify and proactively engage with homeowners on phone, in person, and via email to meet recruitment targets and acquire new homes for holiday rental management. Take the initiative to search for, contact, meet and negotiate with potential landlords to close homes and sign contracts. Convert direct enquiries and applications through focused follow-up efforts. Maintain log of leads and on-boarding activity for monthly review and clear visibility of results. Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain consistent communication with the homeowners to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Link homeowners to PMS software to ensure their constant update to any changes to their property status. Coordinate new property on-boarding and management with the operations and revenue team. Develop and implement sales strategies with the revenue and reservations team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Provide weekly and end moth reports of all activities to management. REQUIREMENTS Have at least 2 years of experience in holiday home rentals, real estate, hospitality, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Display exceptional skills in making homeowners feel valued and appreciated, whether through phone conversations or interpersonal interactions. Strong multitasking abilities. Exhibit a dedicated commitment to pursuing a career in the hospitality and property management sector. Experience in sales and client acquisition within any organization. Strong work ethic with excellent time management and organization. Self-motivated. Able to take on a task and see it through to completion. Languages: English (fluent), Arabic (desired), additional languages welcome.
