Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in UAE. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Proficient in project management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in UAE.
