Experience 5+ years of experience in application consulting in a customer facing role. At least 3 full life-cycle successful Sage 300P projects with references, if required. Deep understanding of the HRMS processes & how they are delivered on Sage 300 People. Understanding the nuances of a project implementation methodology; the stages, milestones & their importance. Ability to write functional specifications for any customs development. Must have graduated from a reputed university in Engineering or commerce. Soft Skills Great commercial awareness Great team player Fluent communicator which includes the ability to speak & listen. Energetic and ability to run on the street.
