Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities. Review and negotiate change orders with clients and contractors. Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports. Assist in the preparation of payment applications and invoices. Perform site visits and inspections to verify quantities and quality of work. Assist in the resolution of disputes and claims related to cost and quantity. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project costs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.
