Job Description

The Junior Sales Executive is tasked with extending the company’s sales reach to different target groups and potential clients. The Junior Sales Executive shall work within the guidance set by the Sales Department and is expected to reach periodic sales goals that are necessary to appraise the performance of the Employee and for the assessment of the suitability of the implemented Sales Strategy. The Sales Executive shall be required to demonstrate basic understanding of the Real Estate sector dynamics and positively collaborate on the sales and marketing of all the projects as advised by the Sales Department or upper management. Administrative Tasks · Prepare all sort of agreements and formalities using preset forms. · Interface with Sales administrator and provide all client information and transaction details. · Assist in the development and update of the sales plans · Update Sales administrator or finance team with new sales/reservations and payment plans · Follow up on contractual matters or late payments with own clients Sales Tasks · Responsible for sales of units in real estate projects · Presence in the sales center at all times. · Full attendance of sales events and road shows. · Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them · Report and update on own sales performance as required. · Marketing roles may include initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office
