PRAGMA MARKETING EST, we are looking to hire an experienced or fresher, customer-oriented TELESALES EXECUTIVE to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls, and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. To be successful as a telesales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing telesales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Conduct sales calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales and meet targets. Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries. Provide product information and pricing to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
