Draftsman / Draftswoman Job Description We are looking for a talented and experienced draftsman/draftswoman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CAD/BIM/Revit drafting, as well as experience in reading architectural and interior design drawings. Responsibilities: Prepare and develop ID drawing packages, including General Arrangement Plan, Dimension Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Small Power Layout Plan, Wall Finish and Floor Finish Plans, and ID details Prepare a blow-up and detailed design package based on the information and instructions provided Develop interior elevations, sections, and details (joinery) with minimal output Prepare clear and accurate plans, detailed drawings, and custom furniture layouts according to specified materials and dimensions given by FFE Prepare drawing register and Tag drawings according to FF&E Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements Review information for completeness and accuracy Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field Minimum of 3+ years of drafting experience Send CVs to auhsitehr@gmail.com and mention the position in the subject.
