Qualifications: Engineer (BSc or MSc) in relevant technical disciplines Proven commercial results Good knowledge of rules and regulations (ABS, DNV & API) Min 5 year experience Good to have PCN Level 2 - UT, MPI, ECI or Rope Access - Level 1/2/3 Key Responsibilities: Optimization: Collaborate with Service teams across regions to productivity by implementing efficient processes, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards. Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Equipment Management: Manage the maintenance and repair of the equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyse operational expenses, and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify trends and performance indicators, helping to make informed decisions and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project, maintenance, health and safety, and engineering departments, to ensure seamless operations and problem-solving. Reporting: Generate regular reports on operational performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management.
