Join one of Dubai’s leading Engineering, architecture, and environmental companies with a diversified business in the building industry looking to hire Resident Engineer with 15 years of experience with 10 years in DUBAI in High Rise Towers and Villas. The role will be responsible for leading the construction supervision team to ensure that the project will be delivered on time and within budget according to the contract. You will supervise the work of the site engineers, surveyors, inspectors, and all other disciplines working on the construction site. Application Question(s): Willing to Join Immediately Qualifications: * Civil Engineering Bachelor Degree (as a minimum) from an accredited and reputable University. * Extensive & thorough Knowledge of different FIDIC Contract Editions as well as extreme knowledge of site & construction management. * Minimum 15 years of Experience with a minimum 10 years in Dubai. Job Descriptions: · Construction supervision, site inspection, progress monitoring for civil works, structural works and architectural works. · Executing and maintaining the quality of works in accordance with the approved specifications, drawings, method statements and material submittals. · Monitor the performance of the contractor to meet cost, time and quality objectives · Ensure all design and construction costs are managed to budget and reported accurately; · Managing Client’s expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service · Issue Site Instructions, Site Observation, Non-conformance report to the Contractor. · Monitor the progress of Contractor’s work; attend Client & Coordination meetings. · Coordination with Infrastructure for the road, services & development works and MEP works. · Preparation & evaluation of weekly, monthly reports and verification of monthly payment to the client against the actual Work progress.
