Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be: Creative Direction: Lead and guide creative teams in conceptualizing and executing innovative advertising and digital social media marketing campaigns that effectively convey the client’s message. Campaign Development: Develop and present creative concepts and ideas for a range of projects, ensuring they align with the client’s objectives and brand guidelines. Multilingual Proficiency: Create and adapt content, visuals, and campaigns in both English and Arabic, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy for the Saudi Arabian market. Market Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including current trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances to craft compelling campaigns. Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and other creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide strategic insights, and present creative solutions that exceed expectations. Design Oversight: Review and approve creative assets, ensuring high-quality design and adherence to project requirements and deadlines. Creative Development: Participate in the creation of visual elements, from initial concept sketches to final design, incorporating a wide range of digital and print media. Technology Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and software to ensure the team remains at the forefront of creative innovation. Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget What you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or a related field. 7-9+ years of experience in creative art direction in advertising or digital marketing agencies. Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to craft compelling content in both languages. Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural sensitivities. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
