Job Description

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or any related field. • Sources applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position. • Checks candidates' references with their previous employers, if needed. • Builds effective working relationships with placement agencies for recruitment purposes within UAE and abroad. • Advertise vacancies on different portal as per business guidelines. • Building and maintaining client relations in relation to recruitment • Building and maintaining candidate and out-sourced employee relations • Preparation of candidates list, and submission to customer for review • Management of recruitment, candidates lists and records including lists, recruitment/candidate trackers and related monitoring • Management of data and information filling in job vacancies • Preparation of recruitment related reports (internal and external) • Understand and manage outsourced employees’ population • Provision of HR advice to colleagues and management when requested If interested, please send your updated CV to globalr3@careps.ae
