Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Providing accurate information about the restaurant's offerings, including menu items and specials. Assisting guests with any inquiries or concerns, and resolving issues promptly and courteously. Maintaining a clean and organized hostess station, including menus, reservation books, and other necessary items. Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service. Upselling menu items and promoting special promotions to enhance guest experience and increase revenue. Managing waitlist and optimizing table turnover to maximize seating capacity. Assisting in training new hostess staff and providing ongoing support and guidance. Adhering to all health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
